The ASG E-mail Distribution List
The ASGList is the e-mail distribution list for the Architectural Specialty Group (ASG) of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC). The ASGList provides a place for ASG members to post questions, reply to their colleagues' questions and provide general information related to conservation of the built environment. Postings can focus on research, materials, treatments, resources, RFQs, RFPs, products, consultant referrals, germane professional announcements, etc. All postings should be group-appropriate and brief.
Subscriptions are free, but generally are only open to ASG members in good standing with the AIC. Use of a Majordomo server has been generously supplied by Walter Henry of the Stanford University Libraries Conservation Department

Email Policies
All subscribers must agree to follow standard Internet “netiquette” (posts target the general ASG audience rather than a particular individual, no foul language, no intimidation, no spam). Automated “out of office” replies are not allowed (a home e-mail address may be used to sign up to avoid this problem). This is a managed list with professional content; any improper postings will be filtered out and those who attempted to post the message will be contacted or unsubscribed from asglist, if necessary.
Detail policies of, as well as information on joining the ASGLIST, are available at the link below.
